BREED GUIDELINES:

To have a litter of pups registared with the A.B.C.A you first must be a financal member of the A.B.C.A and rececive a kennel prefix.
As in our constitution artilcle 3.1 the A.B.C.A have the right to refuse any person of becomming a financal member as we see fit .

We will continue to use the percentage scale for our Aussie bulldogs . If admin cannot trace your dogs lineage and establish their % your dogs % will be considered to be 60%

Admin also still see the need to introduce British Bulldogs into the breeding program at this stage, over appropriate compatible and lower % bitches to help raise their offspring up to an acceptable consistent standard.

To sell a pup the puppy must be at least 8 weeks old when a buyer picks it up. It must also be vet checked, have relevant vaccinations, be wormed and flea treated., it must also to the best of your knowledge not have any known genetic or health problems. If your pet does have any health problems full disclosure is required.

Admin suggests that all breeders aim for their mating’s to be between 75-90%. All efforts should be made to stay within the set boundaries.

COLOURS:
Colours range from:
All shades of brindle (solid or Pied)
All shades of red( solid or pied)
Whites and pieds
Fawn
TRI COLOURS OR BLACKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Any dog that has demodectic mange must not be bred from.
The ABCA will not register litters from a dog known to have demodectic mange.

USAGE OF A BREEDING BITCH:
You must only use your bitch for 2 litters in a row then they must be rested for the next heat cycle. If you do not rest your bitch the litter will NOT be registered and your membership may be cancelled.
A litter will NOT be registered if the bitch is under 12 months of age.
The A.B.C.A will not accept litter registrations if a bitch has any known genetic problems or other problems not desired in our breed standard.

USAGE OF A STUD DOG:
A stud dog must have 2 testes descended fully into scrotum at time of usage .

The A.B.C.A will not accept litter registrations if a stud has any known genetic problems or other problems not desired in our breed standard..
