PRE AMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE A.B.C.A

The Aussie bulldog Club of Australia was formed in October of 2007.
As at the time we do not have sufficient members to chair a committee as set out in the Constitution ,the founding members have decided that in the initial stages of the A.B.C.A a board of Administrators will conduct the initial running of the said A.B.C.A until such time arises that an extraordinary meeting can be called (refer to A.B.C.A constitution Article 5.2) so that a democratically elected committee can be formally voted in. (refer to Article 6)
